Baptisia sphaerocarpa

Yellow wild indigo is an upright herbaceous perennial native to Central and Southern North America. It can tolerate poor, dry soil but does best in full sun with periodic moisture. Spires of bright yellow flowers rise above the foliage in summer followed by ornamental seed pods that are great for floral arrangements.
